Which Right is Wrong? (11-12-08)

We humans spend our entire lives trying to figuring out what is right and wrong. The ironic thing is we each have a complete set of what is right and wrong written in our conscience. The problem is, the rules written in our conscience do not agree with how our lazy, lustful bodies and the world wants us to live our lives. Most of the world today thinks we can overwrite the rules in our conscience with the worlds ways or even make up our own set of rules. We have a free will to do as we please, but if we choose to live by the wrong set of rules we will need to pay the consequences for our actions in this life as well as in the next life. The world is headed in the wrong direction because of some very wrong assumptions.

A Few of Our Bodies and the Worlds Wrong Assumptions.

1. We can overwrite the one set of right rules written in our conscience from birth.

2. There is no God or unseen, spiritual world, that is divided into good and evil.

3. If there is an intelligent creator out in space somewhere it does not care about us.

4. There is no life after death, so eat, drink and be merry for tomorrow we die.

5. We can live any way we want as long as it does not interfere with anyone else.

6. We can make our own set of rules, we are like gods ourselves.

7. Raising our children by sparing the rod is a biblical principle.

8. That God helps those who help themselves is a biblical principle.

9. The humanistic belief that If it feels good, it is ok to do it.

10. This life is not a test that determines where and how we will live for the rest of eternity.

11. We will not have a judgment day when we die.

12. The end justifies the means.

13. Takers are ahead of the givers they live off of.

14. Give only when we are sure we will be repaid.

A Few Christian Wrong Assumptions.

1. We need to expect this life to be difficult.

2. We need to pray for God to fix our lousy life we got because we expected a difficult life.

3. We are still dirty, filthy, rags even though we are Born Again.

4. We need to try to scare sinners into Heaven with the threat that the end is near.

5. The world will be attracted to Christ by their lousy hypocritical lives.

6. God does not want us to have good lives here on earth.

7. The churches negative teachings and traditions are more important than Jesus teachings.
