Jesus taught, “Faith as small as a mustard seed can move mountains.” Just imagine what we could be capable of if we develop, “Faith larger than a mustard seed.” Jesus implied that the power to move mountains came from God or the spiritual world, when He said, “It shall be done for you.” It is a supernatural principle because it works beyond the fixed laws of science and nature.
The power of faith is my term for this supernatural principle that is known by several names.
1. Christians believe in the Golden Rule, but they only use it to store up goodness in heaven.
2. Karma is an Islamic principle that somehow pays us back with good we are good to others.
3. In The Secret, the law of attraction is a secular law whereby we can get anything we want just by sending mental, magnetic waves out into the universe that attract the same things back to us.
4. The power of positive thinking can be used to get anything we want without knowing how it works.
5. We teach our kids that to get Christmas presents they need to be show Santa that they are nice.
6. It is hard for me to believe that the Easter Bunny brings eggs, we should have the Easter Chicken.
7. What goes around comes around, is a vague, worldly principle that works most of the time
8. Give and we will receive, is the same principle, how well it works depends on how well we believe.
9. I came up with a new term for the principle, “The power of faith,” to tie it into the teachings of Jesus and so people will not use their preconceived ideas about another names for the same principle.
Basic principles we need to know about the power of faith.
1. Some people believe we are only given a certain amount of faith, but faith is developed not given.
2. Actually, we can choose to believe anything we want if we have child like faith, but our adult reasoning controls what we can believe, I can’t believe I can walk barefooted on hot coals, so I can’t.
3. If we want to improve our lives, we need to understand the power of faith and how to best use it.
4. The power of faith is regulated by our faith, the more faith we develop, the more it will work for us.
5. Our faith isn’t the power behind the power of faith, our faith only enablers the power of faith to work
6. Our faith is like the light switch we use to light up a room, the switch only enables the power of the electric system to light up the room, like our faith enables the power behind the power of faith to work.
7. If we want to move mountains, we need to develop faith as small as a mustard seed.
8. If we want to do greater things, we need to develop faith that is larger than a mustard seed.
9. The source of power behind the power of faith does not need to be known for the principle to work, but if we have a good explanation for where the power comes from, it is easier to believe it will work.
10. All humans use the power of faith all their life, even if they do not know the principle exists.
11. Our life today is the direct net result of how well we have used the power of faith in our life so far.
Basic principles I believe about this physical and spiritual world.
1. This physical universe appears to be a complete entity with its fixed laws of science and nature.
2. The educated, intellectual community refuses to consider God and/or the spiritual world.
3. But when we try to explain everything in pure physical terms we find many unanswered questions.
4. Our conscious minds can not be found anywhere in our brains because they are spiritual entities.
5. Our spiritual conscious mind is connected to our body and this physical world through our brains on one side and the unseen spiritual world on the other side through our hidden spiritual being.
6. When we are born we are given a hidden spiritual being that we develop by how we choose to live.
7. Every thought, emotion, feeling, motive, moral, word, and action of our life is being permanently stored somehow in a spiritual data bank like Apples, personal iCloud storage system.
8. This physical universe and hidden spiritual world are not two worlds, but one interconnected world.
9. There are actually two sides in this combination spiritual/physical world, good and evil.
10. The good side consists of our conscience, the Ten Commandments, and Jesus teachings.
11. The evil side consists of our lazy, lustful bodies, the ways of the world, and Satan’s temptations.
12. The ideals of the two sides are always completely opposite, like the two sides of a coin.
13. The ideals of the good side are considered as positive, as it is superior and controls the evil side.
14. The ideas of fame and fortune are seen as positive by the evil side and negative by the good side
15. There are actually two sources of power for the power of faith, good/positive and evil/negative.
16. Quantum physics is finding more questions than answers because it is ignoring spiritual answers.
17. I came up with the term, “Spiritual physics,” for principles that are both spiritual and physical.
18. Spiritual physics covers both the sub-atomic and supernatural physical changes in our lives.
Spiritual physics is about principles that cross the line between spiritual and physical.
1. The power of faith is the most important spiritual physics principle because we all use it.
2. Our input is our spiritual faith that is made up of our beliefs, actions, words, and thoughts.
3. The spiritual world reads our spiritual faith and pays us back in direct proportion to our faith.
4. We choose which side of the spiritual world is our power source by which sides ideals we believe in, a good material life with peace is provided by the good side, and getting rich is from the evil side.
5. The easy ways of our lazy, lustful bodies, and the ways of the world seem good at first, but they end up being very hard with ruined health, bad habits, and material things that are never enough.
6. The hard ways of our conscience, the Ten Commandments, and Jesus teachings are hard at first, but they end up being easy, with good health, and peace of mind that the world knows nothing about.
7. If we believe for good/positive and evil/negative things at the same time they cancel each other out.
8. Our purpose in life is to pass out test of life, we need to develop our soul by living by right ways.
9. The best way to live this human life is as if there is a heaven, even if there were no heaven.
10. We have a need for a higher power, peace, and love that only God can provide for us.
11. We can also develop spiritual communication with the spiritual world by praying for world peace.
12. The greater our God, the easier it is for us to believe, God is in close contact with all 7 billion of us 24/7’s all our life, He has a perfect plan that He is still in complete control of, we each play a big part.
13. We have a free will but God controls others and our circumstances so we always decide correctly.
14. All of the questions raised by quantum physics can be answered by spiritual physics.
15. We will never know the exact workings of the spiritual world in this life, so we waste out time trying to figure out God and the sub-atomic spiritual glue that holds the universe together.
Developing faith larger than a mustard seed is only limited by our ability to believe.
1. Faith is a choice, and the easier it is for us to believe in something, the easier it is for us to develop our faith in it, so when we start to develop our faith, we need to choose easy things to believe in.
2. Happiness is an easy choice we can make by faith, if we choose to be happy no matter what our circumstances are, our new happy attitude will appear to make our circumstances better.
3. When we choose to be happy, we are using the power of faith positively, and will soon see some supernatural changes in our everyday physical life.
4. If we align our life and faith with Jesus teachings, we use of the power of faith to give us a charmed life where everything falls in place, with no fears or worries, and 100% assurance of going to heaven.
5. When we strive to live by our conscience we get the peace of God the world knows nothing about.
6. When we realize there is only one right way to live this life, and there is one system of right living in this combination spiritual/physical world, we will be well on our way to finding real purpose in our life.
7. The size of our faith is only limited by our ability to believe, we can choose to believe we have the ability to change this entire world by praying for peace and the end of greed and ungodly ways.
