Spiritual Awareness

How can I get people to see the many benefits of Spiritual Awareness? There needs to be a systematic process that starts with people who are sure there is no God or Spiritual World, and get them to start considering the possibility that there may be a spiritual world that has a good side ruled by God and an evil side that is ruled by Satan and the ways of the world. The following is my initial thoughts on the pros and cons of spiritual awareness.

Reasons to deny there is a God and/or Spiritual World.

1. We can live as we please and make up our own personal set of rules to live by as we see fit.
2. We can change our personal set of rules if we decide to live another way.
3. We can accept the ways of the world as our set of rules to live by, but only the ones we want.
4. We can continue to ignore our conscience and its urgings about how we should live.
5. We can try to live by our conscience but without knowledge of the spiritual world we can get lost.

The negative side to denying there is a God and/or Spiritual World.

1. We need to fear death because when we die that is the end of everything.
2. We can not be sure of what our conscience is telling us if we are confused by the worlds ways.
3. Since the best way to live this life is by the reversed teachings of Jesus we miss out on the best way to live this life, our best hope is to somehow get too much, but even that is never enough.

The advantages of living by the reversed teachings of Jesus and our conscience.

1. By making the hard choices of living by Jesus teachings our life will always become easy.
2. When we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior, become born again, we have a new life.
3. When we are born again we can expect many good things the world knows nothing about.
a. We can choose to see ourselves as perfect, just a God views every born again person.
b. Seeing ourselves as perfect is not a license to sin, it actually moves us away from sin.

When we learn to use the positive side of the law of faith we will have a charmed life.

1. The positive side of everything that runs through this combination spiritual/physical world is our conscience, the teachings of Jesus, nature, and the Ten Commandments.
2. When we live by the principles of heaven while here on earth, we actually are dwelling in heaven, except that we must learn how to deal with Satan’s temptations,

When we do not know about the positive side of the law of faith, we get nowhere fast.

1. When we mix positive beliefs with negative beliefs they cancel each other out.
2. When we do not know about the law of faith, we need to see everything as blind luck and our work.
3. We will miss out on seeing God working in our life because we do not know where to look.

When we learn to use the negative side of the law of faith, we chase after all the wrong things.

1. Our source of supply is Satan and he is a prick and will never give us all we want.
2. The negative side of everything is completely reversed from the positive side.
3. We can become rich and famous by using the negative beliefs of the ways of the world, our lazy, lustful bodies and the temptations of Satan, but there is no long term satisfaction or happiness.
4. Since we are living in opposition to the best way to live this life we automatically live by the worst.

Truths that appear to be Heresy

There are several important principles or laws that I have been developing, thinking, living by, and writing about since I moved to this remote mountain ranch 22 years ago. I am glad the Catholic Church is no longer in complete control because I would be killed for my heresy ideas. The heresy ideas of one generation can become the truths of the next generation.

The problem is most of the heresy ideas of the last couple of generations were ideas that moved us away from the truth about God, and thus the truths of today are moving many away from the truth about God. The fact that my heresy ideas are based on moving us back to God in hopes that in the next generation they will become truths that allow people to move back toward God.

The advantage about the truth is that it can stand the test of time, that is why the modern humanistic ideas are falling on their face, they are lies and they can not stand the test of time. I need to post these ideas on my blog today so they will be above all my other articles because knowing these heresy ideas are a prerequisite for understanding my other articles.

Heresy ideas that will become truths when they stand the tests of time.

1. The power of faith gives mankind supernatural abilities by allowing us to direct spiritual power.
a. We do not have the actual power, but we automatically direct the vast power of the spiritual world.
b. There are two sources of spiritual power, good and evil, that we direct by good or evil beliefs.
c. The power of faith is controlled by our beliefs, plus all of our thoughts, actions, and words.
d. The power of faith is at work in the life of every human, all of our life, even if we do not know it.
e. The real purpose of the power of faith is not to get rich, but to prove that the spiritual world exists.
f. We can not live poor, hurting lives and be lights to the world, we need to have charmed lives.
g. If we use the power of faith correctly, without greed and malice, we’ll get a charmed life and peace.
2. This is not just a physical world, it has a hidden spiritual side that is superior to this physical world.
3. Were not just physical beings, we are also developing or spiritual beings by how we choose to live.
4. Our conscious mind isn’t physical, it can not be found by in out brain, it is part of our spiritual being.
5. This two part spiritual/physical world has two opposite sides that run through both worlds.
a. The good side is our conscience, the Ten Commandments, and the teachings of Jesus.
b. The evil side is the ways of the world, our lazy, lustful bodies, and the temptations of Satan.
c. Many today are trying to ignoring their conscience for the ways of the world and making their own reality, all at the cost of their peace of mind here on earth and the loss of heaven when they die.
6. In the end there can only be one real set of truths and one reality that is the theory of everything.
7. There is a master plan that is perfect that is still being played out, completely controlled by God.
a. Gods perfect plan requires each of us to live out our part of the plan, we are all very important.
b. We have a free will, but God controls how we decide by controlling others and our circumstances.
c. God know what each of us would be doing today, even before we were born, He is with us 24/7‘s.
8. The greater believe God is, the easier it is to see He hand in everything that happens everywhere.
9. This country is spinning out of control, but maybe we are just a modern example of Sodom.
10. The two most important principles in life appear to be simple, but they are the real purpose of life.
a. We need to strive to find the one set of real truths that make up the theory of everything.
b. We need to live as close as possible to the one set of real truths, that is how our life will be judged.

Proving God Exists Without the Bible

This idea seems like an impossible challenge, but if there is a spiritual world and one true God, they have to be provable just from cause and effect reasoning. Even Christians who are mired down with the churches traditions and negative teachings could get a better insight into God and the spiritual world if they did not have to rely 100% on the Bible. Without the Bible there is no starting point but thousand of possible solutions, but knowing the teachings of Jesus we know the final answers to the best way to live this life. All we have to do is start with the answers and work back to the proofs. It is like the easiest way to solve a child’s maze puzzle, you start at the cheese and work your way back to the mouse at the start.

I think this idea is what I have been unknowingly working toward all of my life, especially the last 22 years up here on this mountain. These are my thoughts as of today in this blog on word press. I should what until they make more sense but I want to establish the date when God gave me this idea.

Some of the problems with the Holy Bible that are hard to ignore.

There are many questionable areas about the Holy Bible and it varies a lot with the physical findings of science about the origination of this physical world and universe.

1. My greatest challenge is to prove that God and the spiritual world exist without the Holy Bible.
2. The Christian Church says the Holy Bible is the infallible, literal word of God, but the educated, intelligent world says it is a fairytale written by men and questions the existence of the spiritual world.
3. Why is there no historical record or account of Jesus life here on earth except for the Holy Bible?
4. The Holy Bible has no record that Jesus ever told His followers to write a written account of His life.
5. None of the books of the New Testament were written until 30 or 40 years after Jesus life on earth.
6. Paul wrote most of the New Testament, but he never even met Jesus when He was alive.
7. The God and laws of the Old Testament are very much reversed from the New Testament.
8. The actual books included in the Holy Bible were selected by a group of men acting for God.
9. The Book of Mormon was translated from 12 gold plates found by Joseph Smith, God told him to destroy the plates after the first church elders seen them, why did they disagreed with the Holy Bible?
10. The idea that the universe and this world were created in six of mans days is not reasonable.

Reasons to believe that a good and evil spiritual world exists without the Holy Bible.

1. The improbable odds that man, this universe, world, and everything on it happened by blind luck.
2. We get good and evil ideas dropped into our conscious mind, could it be God and Satan?
3. We all have a feeling there is a greater power beyond this physical world, could it be God?
4. The location of a physical, conscious mind can not be found in our brain, is our mind spiritual?
5. We have a need for love that this physical world can not provide, no matter how hard we try.
6. The supernatural result of the power of faith is beyond the physical laws of science and nature.
7. Our hidden conscience urges us to live by a higher code of ethics than the worlds ways.
8. We are tempted to do evil and seek pleasure from a source beyond what many call animal lust.
9. Cause and effect tells us that living by the easy ways to the world always turn out to be very hard.
10. When we live in opposition to our conscience, our mind is troubled and we lose our peace of mind
11. When we achieve all the world says we need we are never satisfied, too much is never enough.
12. When we satisfy the lusts of our physical bodies, we end up with bad habits and poor health.
13. When we pay back evil with evil we have a hollow victory, and an eye for an eye leaves us empty. 14. The good side is our conscience and the one set of real truths are the theory of everything.
15. The evil side is the ways of the world and our lazy, lustful bodies, the opposite of the real truths.

Is the great order of this world a product of an unseen, superior being or power?

1. Once we rule out blind luck and evolution as answers for this wonderful world, only spiritual is left.
2. The fixed laws of science and nature seem to work until the questions ask by Quantum Physics.
3. This perfect world has been screwed up pretty badly by mankind and it is getting worse.
4. A world created by blind luck would result in us looking like the freaks in a Star Wars bar.
5. There had to be a great plan and someone who is still in control for things to work out this good.
6. If living by the ways of the world and our bodies is wrong, then a reversed set of rules should work.
7. Even if Frosty the Snowman came up with this reversed set of rules, should we not believe in him?
8. For the power of faith to work there has to be someone out there watching and able to pay us back
9. Mankind takes credit for all it has invented without realizing all the raw materials were already here.
10. There has to be a purpose for this life beyond a short life for no reason with no life after death.
11. The best way to live this life is as if there is a heaven, even if there is no life after death.
12. The right attitudes actually improve our life and wrong attitudes leave us hurting and in wanting.
13. Believing in God and the spiritual world makes it easier to use the power of faith for best results.
14. The greater we believe God is, the easier it is to believe He always wants the best for us.

Step one is to use the power of faith to prove there is an unseen power or force out there.

1. Much of the world believes in a version of the power of faith, kids believe Santa, the Golden Rule, Karma, Positive Thinking, what goes around comes around, and secular belief in the law of attraction.
A. If kids can believe Santa knows if they are naughty or nice, why can’t they believe in God?
B. Negative people will see a supernatural improvement in their life by becoming positive.
C. Christians will learn that expecting a difficult life is a negative use of the Golden Rule.
D. Everyone can benefit from knowing there is a higher standard of right and wrong.
E. If the secular law of attraction is powered by our great minds, why can’t we bend a spoon.
2. The power of faith is always at work in the life of every human, even if we do not know about it.
3. The power of faith works in both the positive or negative direction, when used together they cancel.
4. The positive and negative use of the power of faith relate to the one set of real truths Jesus taught.
5. There is only one true reality, therefore we can not make our own reality so we can live as we want.

Step two is to examine all the possible ways to live and relate them to the one set of truths.

1. Cause and effect will be the basis for determining what is true and what is false.
A. If the ways of the world are right why is there no lasting happiness with fame and fortune.
B. The fact that too much is never enough, and the more we have the harder it is to keep.
C. The ways of our lazy, lustful bodies are not good, we only get bad habits and poor health.
D. The easy ways of the world and our lazy, lustful bodies always end up being hard.
E. The hard ways of living by the one set of right rules always end up being easy as pie.
2. The teachings of Jesus just happen to agree with our conscience and the one set of real truths.
3. Even if the source of Jesus teachings was Santa Clause, they would still be the right way to live.

This article is just the start and a rough outline of a book I need to write that the world desperately needs. Not as a new religion or even for profit, but for the improvement in their individual spiritual life.

The greatness of God explains the Theory of Everything

The theory of everything must satisfy or have an answer for everything in both this physical universe and the unseen, hidden spiritual world. For everything in both worlds to work together under one theory, everything must be interrelated and work in perfect harmony. The many discrepancies in this world and in quantum physics must also be satisfied by the theory of everything.

The search for the theory of everything must be for a great unknown that makes it all work.

1. The spiritual world is the key to making everything work in complete coordination, like a fine watch.
2. Our search needs to start with the spiritual world first instead of the physical universe first.
3. That is why quantum physics will never find the answer until it looks to the spiritual for answers.
4. A better term would be, “Spiritual Physics,“ where some great spiritual power is in complete control.
5. Which came first the chicken or the egg? Which came first the physical of the spiritual?
6. Looking at evolution the mutant egg had to come first to produce the first mutant chicken.
7. The physical could not have created itself or the spiritual, but the spiritual has the ability to not only do supernatural physical things, but is the only reasonable answer to where the physical came from.
8. For the spiritual to be in complete coordination, it has to have a perfect plan and a perfect leader.
9. The world is willing to recognize the existence of some uncaring spiritual power, but that falls short.
10. The literal translation of the Bible wherein God created the physical universe in six of mans days is not reasonable, the Bible also says one of Gods days is like a thousand of mans years, why not like a 10 billion of mans years?
11. Quantum physics is looking for something that works beyond time and space, how about the spiritual world which occupies no space and where time is looked at as eternal, which is forever.
12. We seem to be standing still but the at the equator the world is spinning at 1000 miles per hour.
13. Spiritual physics could be the answer but mankind has no way of grasping spiritual ideas.

The power of faith is not only proof the spiritual exists, but that we direct it to act in our life.

1. The power of faith is universal, all of mankind uses it all of their life, even if they do not know it.
2. Jesus taught about the power of faith, but the Christian church does not know how it works.
3. Many Christians believe this is a difficult life, which is a negative use of the power of faith.
4. Christians spend much time praying, but ignore that Jesus said we must believe before we pray.
5. The present life condition of every human is a direct result of what they have believed up to now.
6. We humans do not have any supernatural power, but we direct the vast power of the spiritual world
7. When we flip an electrical switch we can light a dark room, not by our power, but the electrical grid.
8. When we learn how to apply the power of faith, it is not our power but the vast power of the spirit.
9. Faith consists of four parts, belief, actions, words, and thoughts, we need to use all four together.

We do not need to know it all, but when we choose to believe first, it will be shown to us.

1. The main theme of Jesus teachings is about faith, He was amazed at the disciples lack of faith.
2. In our search for the great unknown that makes everything work in the theory of everything, we do not need to look any further than the teachings of Jesus which are all about how to develop our faith.
3. An alter call does not bring salvation, only when we choose to believe in Jesus as our Lord and Savior and spend the rest of our life living by the His one set of right ways are we assured of heaven.
4. To eliminate sin we need to use the power of faith to see ourselves as perfect when we are Born Again, not as a license to sin but because we will always become what we believe about ourselves.
5. When we strive to live by Jesus one set or right ways we can have a charmed life, assured of heaven, basking in Gods blessings, with no worry, dread, regret, or fear, not even the fear of death.
6. Jesus said the kingdom of heaven is at hand, we can dwell in it here on earth if we develop faith.
7. The theory of everything will always be a theory, but living by the teachings of Jesus is the one true reality.

Choose to die instead of going to the hospital

Most people live with little concern for their health until it is too late. Fat, lazy, junk food eaters, who smoke, drink, and do drugs should not be allowed on Medicare. If they choose to ruin their health their families need to take care of them or let them die in the gutter like dogs. How many friends have I made so far?

1. It would be a great help if most people would choose to die instead of going to the hospital.
2. It costs us about 300 to 500 thousand dollars to keep a lot of old people alive for ten years.
3. It could also save 10 years of social security payments for people who lived healthy lives.
4. It would allow their children to pump the money from their estates into the economy.
5. It would ruin the medical industry, but that’s whose lies got us into this fix in the first place.
6. Why spend all your savings to live in misery and bad health for another ten years?
7. Why spend hundreds of hours waiting for appointments the doctors never keep?
8. Why take expensive pills with side effects that are worse that the ailment we take them for?
9. Of course many married people do not want to die and give their spouse the satisfaction.

As of right now, I am the only one I know who would rather die than go to the hospital.

1. Most people are not sure they are going to heaven, so they are afraid to die.
2. Even most Born Again Christians are living under Satan’s condemnation and fear death.
3. Also many Born Again Christians are not really saved because they do not live by Jesus teachings.
4. The new majority denies the existence of God, so they must stay alive as long as possible.
5. If we are 100% sure of going to heaven for the rest of eternity, why hang around and be a burden.

There is no need to die for things that can be easily fixed, or even so called serious diseases.

1. It would be nuts to die in pain from a
broken arm or gangrene from a cut or injury,
2. An infected appendix or tonsils should be removed, and a cold may need antibiotics.
3. A malignant tumor needs to be aggressively attacked with one of the fifty proven cancer cures.
4. Nonmalignant tumors needs to be killed off with less aggressive cancer cure treatments.
5. Never have surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation that kill us slowly when there are so many cures.
6. Inflammation causes heart problems, we need to eat a high fat, low carbohydrate diet to stop it.
7. Sugar diabetes is caused our sweet tooth, high carbohydrate diet, and processed foods.
8. Natural, wholesome foods, dietary supplements, and plenty of water and sleep promote long life.
9. Stopping bad habits or not even starting them would greatly increase the long term health of many.

The problem in the world is not darkness, but blindness

The world is dark about half the time because of the earths rotation, but on many nights the moon provides enough light so we can walk around without a flashlight, especially when there is a full moon. In the city the street lights prevent total darkness. Many people who move to the country to get away from the city soon realize they miss the city lights or they are afraid of the dark, so they get a big yard light. I recently read an article that our body needs complete darkness to release certain chemicals the body needs. Even night lights are enough to stop the body from releasing the chemicals. So maybe wearing sleep masks or eye covers is a good idea.

There is darkness or blindness due to the absence or lack of light in this physical world.

1. The darkness caused by the earth rotates as described above.
2. During an eclipse of the sun which only occurs rarely and then in a small area on earth.
3. At night when the moon is not seen because of its orbit or heavy clouds.
4. In an fully enclosed room or cave when there is no artificial lights on.
5. Degrees of blindness when ones eyes work in varying stages, Ed my friend is legally blind, but he can still see.
6. Closing ones eyelids causes momentary darkness, but the brain can often see stars or images.

Physical or mental darkness of the mind due to not being learned or lack of normal ability.

1. Not knowing about the fixed laws of science and nature, algebra and calculus must be learned.
2. A I.Q test score below 100, indicates less than normal intelligence.
3. Refusing to see the light, like refusing to believe in gravity when its proof is all around us.

Two thirds of the spiritual world in the Bible is good, they chose to not rebel against God.

1. Satan and a third of the angels were said to rebel against God, they do Gods dirty work of tempting mankind.
2. God made all of the angels, but a third of them were destined to rebel to complete God plan.
3. Satan is often blamed for darkness and evil that is only in the mind of ungodly people.
4. Many Born Again Christians still struggle with Satan because they are under his condemnation.
5. We humans have little power against Satan and his demons without the protection of Jesus.
6. When we choose to believe in Jesus as our Lord and Savior, we no longer need to fear anything.
7. When tempted by Peter to not be crucified, Jesus said, “Get behind me Satan.”
8. All of the other attributes of God need to be listed here to bring out all of the light available to us.

Without the light of the Bible this is a dark world indeed, the chosen blindness of many.

1. Lack of knowledge or refusing to believe in the Bible does not prevent us from being subject to it.
2. If we choose to believe in the teachings of Jesus, we lose our sense of the fixed spiritual rules.
3. The way the Bible was written and compiled leaves a lot to be desired, but it should not be denied.
4. The Ten Commandments and the teachings of Jesus need to be our guide to life.
5. We can possibly make it on our own with only our conscience and hidden connections to God.
6. People who ignore or try to over write their conscience with the worlds ways have lost their restraint.
7. A life without restraint is a life on the road to perdition, it is wrong to make our own reality.
8. The current fad to seek enlightenment from meditation and yoga can attract demons to us.
9. Without the Bible we need to try to explain the supernatural with evolution, luck and our great mind.
10. Without the knowledge of the bible we will get lost, its like a GPS system in a foreign language.
11. It is hard to find the truth if we start with the wrong assumptions, then we are blind to the truth.
12. A seeing eye and hearing ear needs to be developed, not given by meditating with a blank mind.

We need to develop a new scoring system to evaluate our life.

Worldly scoring system of success.

The worlds scoring system for life is based on how much stuff, money, or fame we can accumulate in this life. The ironic thing is that we can not take the measure of success along with us when we die. No matter how much we accumulate, we can never be satisfied because too much is never enough.

Religious scoring systems, each church and religion has its own.

The Catholic’s ultimate scoring system is based on having enough cardinals vote for you to elect you as Pope. Some Islam sects keep track how many innocent people a suicide boomer can take with them. Many Christians use talking in tongues or how many people they witness to as a measure of their success in life.

Jesus scoring system is based on His teachings.

On our Judgment Day, we will not need a lawyer to plead our case, we will not be judged, we will only be sentenced. We will already have been convicted to heaven or hell depending on how we lived our lives in accordance with the teachings of Jesus. Today most people believe it is ok to go along with the teachings of humanism, just a the residents of Sodom believed that the homosexual lifestyle they were living was ok until the city was destroyed with fire and brimstone. Jesus teachings are completely reversed from the ways of the world and our lazy, lustful bodies.

Our personal life scoring system should be based on overcoming our strong bodies.

It is said that the body is weak, but when we try to overcome our lazy, lustful bodies we find that our bodies are very strong. Look how hard it is for smokers to quit smoking. Our bodies are weak in doing good, but strong in doing evil. We should give ourselves two positive points when we overcome our bodies and only one negative point when we give into our bodies. That way if we overcome our bodies only half the time, we would have a score +66.7% and -33.3%. That way, if Jesus graded on the curve or even used 70% as a passing grade, we would not be too far from passing our test of life with only a 50% success rate. The bad news is Jesus stated, “Be ye perfect, even as your Father in Heaven is perfect.” Does that mean we need to be perfect to enter into heaven when we die? If so then our only chance of going to heaven when we die is to become Born Again so God will view us as perfect due to Christ dying on the cross for our sins. If we then choose to also see ourselves as perfect, it will go a long way toward overcoming sin because we will always become what we believe about ourselves due to the universal law of life.

Jesus not only lived by His teachings, but died by making the ultimate sacrifice at His death.

We marvel at Jesus resurrection, but in fact every human since Adam and Eve are automatically resurrected into the hidden spiritual being they developed all of their life by how well they lived in accordance with the teachings of Jesus. Up until the time of Jesus and the New Covenant we do not know what happed to everyone when they died, but they had to be judged somehow by their conscience. We all got a conscience when Adam and Eve sinned by eating the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Most Christians wish that Adam and Eve had not sinned so we could still be living in the Garden of Eden, but we would also be less than we are because they did not even know they were naked and how to have sex, so mankind would have died off due to no offspring. Their original sin was as planned as Satan and a third of the angels rebelling against God. Just as God planned all of our life and circumstances before we were born and is still in complete control of everything.

Our Wonderful Life

As I think back on my 67 years of life, I am in awe at how wonderful my life has been. I am lucky to live alone and not watch TV because I have so much time to think about life. Most people would be lonely and get cabin fever long before a single winter is over. I have had over twenty years and am looking forward to many more. Living isolated, close to nature, and in tune with the seasons gives my life a lot more meaning than most people will ever experience. I want to get others to see how wonderful life is, but they will never understand as long as they are wrapped up in the world and its ways. I can not bring others to where I am and where I am going.

We are far superior to animals, they die without ever knowing anything about death. They still have a strong desire and ability to stay alive, but it is more of an inborn instinct than a conscience decision or plan. When a fawn see its mother get smashed to death by a speeding car, it will miss its mother, but never be able to fully understand what happened. If deer could reason better, they would soon learn to watch out for cars.

Our wonderful physical life.

There are a thousand things we could spend an entire day thinking about, like our eyes and the gift of sight, and still not begin to comprehend how wonderful they are. The sad thing is most people seldom consider how wonderfully we and the world we live in are made.

I have the ability to sit here and remember thousands of things about my senior year of high school. Next year will be the 50th anniversary of my high school graduation. I would like to go to my reunion, but I would be going for all the wrong reasons. They did not understand me 50 years ago and now we are light years apart. The celebration of my life is internal more than external. Many people look for approval and acceptance from others, but others are only concerned about themselves. The world and its ways no longer interest me, my spiritual life is all that I want to live for.

Our super, wonderful spiritual life.

We all have spiritual connections and needs only the spiritual world can begin to satisfy. Most people do not understand their physical life, so there is little hope they will ever grasp their spiritual life. The sad thing is this short physical life is just a test to see how and where we will spend the rest of eternity when we die and become full spiritual beings. I no longer judge or condemn how other people live, my only concern is how I live.

We all have the same chance because we were all born with a conscience that prompts us as to what is right and wrong. We will not have an argument or alibi on judgment day, we will know what we deserve by how well we followed the prompting of our conscience.

There is only one God, but today many believe there is no God. We will not know for sure until we die, but we when we choose to follow our conscience we will have the best possible physical life and the best possible spiritual life when we die. There is only one right way to live in both this physical world and spiritual world, and that is by the teachings of Jesus and our conscience.

Our bodies require, food, water, and oxygen to survive, the problem is the quality of all three are getting worse all the time due to our deteriorating environment. Most people today choose to ignore their spiritual and physical lives and just live by their feelings and emotions. As long as we are alive we can get along without developing a good spiritual life, except that the older we get the more we need to worry about death. But if we do not develop good eating, drinking, exercise, and sleep habits we will ruin our health long before we die. Most people ignore their health until some illness like sugar diabetes or heart disease forces them to change their bad habits. By then it takes twice the effort just to stay alive a few more years with the cost and suffering of bad health. If everyone stayed healthy, the cost of Medicare would not be running out of control. Long term health care can easily cost the government several hundred thousand dollars just to kill people early. A lot less money could pay our social security until we are a hundred years old.

We have the FDA, the AMA, and the National Cancer Society to regulate the medical industry and instruct us in how to prevent disease and keep healthy. The FDA is a government agency that regulates and approves medical drugs. The AMA is a private organization that governors doctor procedures and practices. The National Cancer Society is a privately funded organization that conducts cancer research and recommends ways to reduce our exposure to and treatment of cancer. Their original purpose was to protect us from harm and insure long healthy lives. They have not changed their stated purpose and are still trusted by most people. The problem is they no longer are working for our welfare, they have let greed and kickbacks redirect their efforts to a point where they should not only be eliminated. The mob riots and revolutions that are sweeping the world need to be implemented in America and directed at the FDA, AMA, and NCS in addition to the greedy rich, corrupt public officials, judges, and lawyers.

Cancer Cures – There are at least 50 proven herbal and supplement cancer cures. I just completed a one year treatment for cancer with Protocel 50, I wanted to be sure I was cancer free. I eat very little bread, potatoes, rice and have greatly reduced my sugar intake. I eat mostly meat, chicken, fish, vegetables, fruits, nuts, eggs, and dairy products including real butter. Sugar Diabetes – Our sweet tooth is killing us or at least getting our feet and legs cut off. The cause of sugar diabetes is over eating sugar which over time causes our cells to becoming more and more immune to insulin until they finally require more insulin than our pancreas can produce. The answer is not chemical sugar substitutes, they only seem safe, like we thought asbestos was for years.

Safe Food Supply – We are lead to believe our food supply is safe when it is loaded with pesticides, chemicals, additives, preservatives, and contaminates. The good news is we will soon have so many preservatives in us that when we die we will keep for weeks without being embalmed.

Safe Water Supplies – The addition of fluoride in our water and toothpaste is one of the cruelest hoaxes ever pulled. Fluoride does not prevent tooth decay but only body deterioration. Bottled water not only costs thousands of times more than tap water, but the maximum allowable level of contaminants are greater than for public drinking water systems.

Hormones and Antibodies – Growth hormones and antibodies are given to our cattle and chickens to promote growth without regard to our health. Our bodies are becoming immune to antibodies from the food we eat. The BPA in plastic and can liners acts like estrogen in our bodies, causing girls to start to menstruate as early as eight or nine years old and boys to grow male boobs and underdeveloped penises. The results from genetically altering our food supplies may take years to be proven deadly.

Healthy food is the best answer to what our bodies need to keep us healthy.

Our food supply is getting worse all the time, it is grown in soil without proper nutrients. The best thing we can do is grow our own food organically or hydroponically. The next best thing is to strive to buy the freshest and most nutritional food available and take vitamins, minerals, supplements and herbal remedies our food supply can not provide. Everything that is natural is not necessarily good for us, tobacco and deadly nightshade should be avoided.

The government has come up with recommendations about daily levels of vitamins and minerals, but we need additional minerals, supplements, and herbs to make sure we are getting everything we need to stay young and healthy. There are also many supplements and herbal remedies that can cure and/or relieve many health problems. The problem is supplement manufactures and herbal suppliers are also caught up in the greed of today and are overcharging and making untrue and overstated claims.

The governments food triangle is upside down, it is the major cause of inflammation which is the main cause of heart disease. That is why I have completely changed my eating habits. I have more energy and seldom get hungry between meals. I am losing weight and my big belly. A couple of years ago I started to buy size 38 pants, now I am buying size 34 pants. They are a little tight, but I know I will fit into them comfortably before long. I no longer buy potato chips or ice cream and seldom have desert when dining out.

I take a lot of natural supplements and herb remedies to prevent medical problems.

When I start a new supplement, I take it full strength for a month or so, then I reduce the dosage as many of them have the same or similar ingredients. I would continue to take the recommended dosage but I do not want to lose my senior discounts by looking too young. The following is the long list of supplements I am currently taking.

1. Enhanced Oral Chelation from Health Resources – The recommended dosage is four capsules daily, I take one a day. Chelate’s are given intravenously to clear up lead and heavy metal poisoning. I also take Mineral Powder that came free with the Enhanced Oral Chelation to replace minerals it removes. The main ingredient is EDTA which grabs and disposes of poisons, toxins, and calcium plaque from arteries. Cost $5 per month at my dosage.

2. DIM (Di-Indole Methane) from Health Resources – The recommended dosage is one or two capsules daily, I take one a day. DIM is not a hormone but a natural phytonutrient from vegetables, it helps support balanced estrogen and hormone levels. I know I am getting BPA from plastic containers and can liners. Cost $10 per month at my dosage.

3. Ultimate Vision Formula from True Health – The recommended dosage is three capsules daily. I take one a day. The main ingredients are vitamins, minerals, Taurine, and N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine, all claimed to be needed for good eye heath. I seldom need my +1.25 reading glasses and Jeff just gone up to +1.75 reading glasses. Cost $7 per month at my dosage.

4. The Circulation Solution from Health Resources – The recommended dosage is one soft gel daily, I only take one every five days as I was starting to bleed when blowing my nose. The main ingredient is Nattokinase, it is from fermented soy. It has been recognized by the Japanese for a couple of decades as an aid to blood circulation and to eliminate blood clots. 9. Liver and Kidney Cleanse from True Health – The recommended dosage is three capsules daily. I have only recently started taking it so I am taking three tables a day. The main ingredients are Milk Thistle Extract, Artichoke Leaf Extract, Burdock Root Extract, Dandelion Roof Powder, and Olive Leaf Extract. I am sure my liver and kidneys are in need of the right herbs to keep them healthy. Cost $25 per month for now.

10. ResQ10 Advanced Cardio Formula from Chesapeake Nutraceuticals – The recommended dosage is two droppers under the tongue daily. I take the recommended dosage as I decided I look and feel old enough. The main ingredients are Resveratrol from red wine and CoQ10 a major antioxidant. Cost $20 per month.

11. Advance Hair Formula from Health Resources – The recommended dosage is a several drops rubbed into the scalp daily. My bald spot and thin hair have only slightly improved but I look like Uncle Fester on the Adams Family when I shave my head, so I keep on using it. Cost $20 per month.

I have been working on my spiritual ideas for almost 22 years. My blogs and website are a reflection of my ever changing ideas, most of the ideas for the articles come to me when I wake up in the middle of the night. There are a lot of typos, bad grammer, and misspelled words. I am far from perfect and do not mind others knowing about it. “What others think about me is none of my business.”

I am writing about what I believe, not what you should believe. My main purpose is to get my ideas down on paper or now out here somewhere in the internet. My hope is that a few people will start thinking about their own ideas, spiritually, and purpose in this short life.

I get few comments, mostly because few people know about my blog and website. Sorry the website is so out of date, I have not been able to get into it to update it and make revisions for a few years.
